Ron Decker
As the SVP of Growth at Resolv Healthcare, Ron manages the growth of our Hospital and Hospital-based Provider solutions. Prior to being acquired by Resolv and Harris in 2021, Ron was the Founder and CEO of Innovative Healthcare Systems, Inc. (IHSI), a healthcare RCM and coding services company designed to meet the ever-changing needs of modern medical practice. Ron has more than 30 years of experience serving hospitals in the RCM/Health IT industry. He has strong business development, operations management, strategic partnerships, team building, public speaking, and revenue cycle expertise.
Paola Turchi
Paola holds a degree in Business Administration, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, and professional designations as a Fellow Healthcare Financial Professional (FHFMA) and a Fellow Certified Medical Practice Executive (FACMPE). She is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified and holds a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
Paola is recognized for her expertise in driving operational improvements, strengthening client relationships, and leading practice management implementations. She has presented nationally for HFMA, MGMA, and AAOE and actively volunteers with Texas MGMA, serving on the Board. She is also the President-Elect for 2025 for the HFMA South Texas Chapter.
